Halloween is a spooktacular time in Oak Bay Village!

The Annual Oak Bay Village Trick or Treat will be held Friday, October 31 between 3 and 5:30 p.m. Little ghosts and goblins are invited to visit merchants between Foul Bay and Monterey Avenue for treats and goodies - and a safe, fun time!
