Oak Bay Business Improvement Association (Oak Bay BIA) is governed by a Board of 10 Directors representing a variety of local businesses. Officers elected by the Board manage the day-to-day operations of Oak Bay BIA.

Oak Bay BIA meetings are about an hour long. They are usually held at 5:30 PM on the 2nd Tuesday of every month, at a rotating Oak Bay business location.
